We use your data to: provide and improve the Fieldnotes service; send transactional emails (account verification, Fieldnote ready notifications); manage your subscription; comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We use essential cookies required for the service to function, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the product is used. You can opt out of analytics cookies via our cookie consent banner. We use no third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
